With over 20-years in the industry Barry has had the opportunity to work on projects for aviation, warehousing/distribution, industrial manufacturing and processing facilities, public safety, higher education, K-12, child development, forensics, housing, commercial office, parking garages, data centers, crypto mining, mission critical, master planning, operationally intensive facilities, complex phasing, and physical security.

Conner Maines, PE, SE, MLE

Conner has a deep drive and dedication to the industry of structural engineering. His background in structural steel fabrication and erection allows him to bring unique perspectives into his design and project management. This on-the-job experience enables him to tackle unique and complex situations while always considering the entire construction process.

During his career, Conner has had the opportunity to work on projects in aviation, warehousing/distribution, industrial manufacturing, public safety, higher education, K-12, religious, forensics, housing, commercial office, parking garages, mission-critical, master planning, operationally intensive facilities, storm shelter facilities, local / state / federal government and complex phasing projects.

In addition to his project work, he devotes time as a member of the AISC Committee on Manuals. He has a passion for developing client relationships and delivering support of any kind to his clients.

Daniel Vicars, PE

Daniel brings experience in project management and structural engineering over a wide range of project types involving both new construction and renovations. His knowledge in building design, construction, and BIM coordination allows him to produce innovative and efficient solutions to complex problems.  

With 8+ years of experience in the industry, Daniel has had the opportunity to manage a variety of projects from programming through construction, in market sectors including higher education, aviation, municipal, industrial, residential, agricultural, national defense, and forensics.
